Guidance on Gas Compliance and on-going Gas Management
Our Gas Compliance Division offers bespoke services to both Landlords and Contractors regarding Gas Compliance and on-going Gas Management. We have qualified Gas Consultants who are able to carry out independent quality checks for residential properties after service visits, as well as auditing commercial systems. We also offer post inspection on installations or repairs as well as independently testing new installations or repairs.
We are Gas Safe Registered (520180) and cover both natural and LPG installations.
We provide a complete range of services including organisational reviews, auditing management arrangements, project management of new installations and advice on internal Policies and Procedures. Our services include:
Auditing gas safety checks, servicing, installations and repairs; contractor quality performance reports; providing continuous improvement recommendations; validating contractor qualifications; provide gas health and safety training to employees, contractors and tenants.
